PDS is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to fill a server/network technician position within our West Springfield, Tealapin Technology, MA office. PDS is an industry leader in Web site design, development, hosting, and marketing.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for cutting-edge innovations and technology within the world of web hosting. Candidates will have the chance to be a major contributor within a rapidly growing and innovative company.
The primary responsibility of this position is to monitor server/network operations and perform the necessary steps to resolve any issues that may arise. This includes working with Windows IIS web servers, Windows SQL database servers, email services, multimedia services, FTP/SFTP, DNS, antivirus, security patches, etc. All candidates are also expected to have basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
